To add to my post above...
You have to be aware that where I live is also called 'rip off Britain' which relates to the fact that I think we pay way more tax on everything we buy than most countries.
For example, I laugh at the americans crying because the price of fuel has nearly doubled over the last couple of years so they now have to pay a 'HUGE' 4 USD for a gallon of petrol and the US car industry are in a crisis as no one wants to buy the big pickup trucks....serves them right for being a gas guzzling nation.....
.....the current cost of a gallon of petrol in the UK is over 'TEN' USD so they should come here and see how it feels!! |
