To answer some of naapa92's previous allusions and accusations...
No, I do not support cheating. But someone who has been fined/penalized/made pay for unfairly gained financial advantage, is clean in my books. And if he/she wants to raise back to surface from under 400.000$ on the negative... then that most require quite some motivation, and awareness of what financial round-about means...
And besides, I'm not a judge, trying to stay away from prejudice...
