DD level 9 got buff, fiend 128 to 133, succubus 28 to 29, not sure about the number of other creatures but they got slight buff also

for Lord selfist:
this rebalance has to do with each faction per each given level. Meaning probably that level 17 knight was already OP against fellow players competing at level 17 with different factions. |
