Messed up a few combats when the crystals jumped and I just blindly copied other tier 5-7 builds.
Used the following after noticing how crystal costs grow faster the lower the tier, but not that fast to warrant tier 5-7 yet with just around 1k crystals:
300 crystals - tier 1
700, 900, 1100 crystals - tier 1-3
Might run into trouble when hydras/sphinxes are cheap, but should still win by sheer numbers.
Overall a very instructive event; got to learn a few tactics from when I lost but my AI won :) |
