There is a diference between "General forum" and "Queries and Help" branch.

(we're pretty lenient on all the "forum rules", but you don't need to post the same thing everywhere; not everything revolves around you). Also, questions about this should be sent via PM rather than turned into a public forum thread (you know this, but prefer to stir the pot anyways).
