Want to leave my honest feedback about ID:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup (60 g) powdered sugar
- 2 cups (240 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
2. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the flour (and salt if using) and mix until a dough forms.
4. Press the dough into a lined or greased 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) pan or roll and cut into shapes.
5. Prick with a fork and bake for 25–30 minutes, until lightly golden.
6. Cool in the pan, then cut into pieces. |
