Use simple troops for hunts.
Ignore-defense troops for enemy heroes.
Lizards and pikemen against hunt are a waste.

I disagree. It's random, but that can still be fair. Over the course of the event, you should get as many easy fights as you get the hard ones. |
I'm super glad that full enemy is known in advance. No surprises. Makes it easy to plan ahead.
Also generally I recommend not copying LeG builds fully.
In my experience of many 100+ loss LeG events, builds that get ranked at the top are also often the flakiest ones, where bad luck can move you from easy win to terrible loss.
You want to find something that is possibly not the best, but is stable. |
The first 20 levels looks good even when you do small mistakes. I've lost only 1 fight simply because I forgot to change the troops...
But with the increase in complexity so far, last 30 levels will be pretty tough/luck based/diamond based. |
