go to your inventory, press "transfer" below any artifact, then select the fourth option Transfer as New Year present
then the person whom you send it to sees it as a gift box and can not accept it until next year. |

mostly used to get rid of your hunter arts ^^
but most artifacts you are allowed to gift, as long as the receiving person does not have the same IP as you. |
