I did, as you claimed that all we did was crying and that we weren't thankful. But two sentences further you cried yourself about the thief caravans.
You said one thing and then did what you just said, you were cyring about something.
fsp,DU, GB's and CG mean?
Fsp: FactionSkilPoints thats what you get after a hunt, for each hunt you get 0.5 FSP. You can see how much FSP you have next you're faction.
Your fsp is Necromancer: 1 (38.76) +11.2
DU: Diamond upgrade, these are things you can buy in your castle with diamonds(real life money or much gold).
GB: Group battles were you can do 2vs2 3vs3 4vs4.
CG: Commander Guild, this is a guild you can enter from CL9. | so?
are we smarter now after a minor and a ST?
what are the conclusions?
i explored results for CL 10 only, so it may be different for other lvls
in minor, if i counted it correctly, there are 3 .com players in first 103

at least one of them is a russian, elik
3 holy knights, which are the strongest faction at my combat lvl
all play for a very long time, so lots of free fsp for events
and they did not played TG on .com at all, or for a very long time
i have checked their combat logs
they practically lvl camped for a looong time before the merge
and something that is instantly seen
no TG
now, lets look at ST results
once again i have only checked CL 10, so results may differ for other lvls
my lvl interests me the most, so thats why i checked it
would be very interested in results for other lvls, so if anyone checked, please pm me
i have checked first 10 players in each faction of lvl 10, total 90 players
there are 6 characters from .com in that club
actually it is 5 players, 1 player got very good results in 2 factions
well, thats about 5%
thats actually ok, because i guess there are around 20 times more russians then us
but...
now goes the funny part
all 5 players are russians
and none of them played TG before merge | what are the conclusions?
1. TG ruined players from .com
a huge difference in rewards for TG between .com and .ru has created a gap so huge that i dont see how it can be compensated with this system of rewards
that and much more events on .ru, which usually give good fsp, has created a total havoc
the funny part is that we payed cca 900k for TGI, most of russian players cant belive when they hear that price
or some real money, like i did
i feel stupid now
2. best players are russians
and not only because they have more fsp
they have better insight in the game mechanics
they have more tactical and strategical knowledge
and better equipment
the fact that tourneys are made very soon after the merge didnt help us
most of us have not even realized what changed, in terms of better equipment and different new factions
i just hope that this tourneys are going to be well analyzed and that their original purpose was to see how the things really are with .com players and what needs to be done to give us a fair chance
because now we have none
when all of this combines with clan organization, and clan events it cant be good
russians have much better organization in clans, much more experience in managing clan events
add to that their vast numbers
and our initial handicap with fsp
3. active players got much more punished then lvl campers
so basically those of you who lvl camped for eternity, you have lived to yield fruits of your patience
those of you who played .com actively, like i did...

4. we are actually punished twice
first time, when we were thrown in a totally different game, with opponents who played under different conditions
and second time, when the bonus xp and fsp rewards were introduced

fsp lv 9 at CL 10 when i met him in battle
this character is a pure diamond
i checked his combat log, it is a masterpiece
a perfectly managed character, in every moment that guy knew what is he doing, and why
there is no exploits like our famous ether_ality, or what was the name
this guy is an active player, and not playing for long time, game start 2011-12-11
what frustrates me the most is that strategies we used are quite similar
our HG and MG are at same lvl, but he did played much more monsters
he has bigger LG but he is playing longer and is very active in enrolls, app 15 enrols/day, i have 11 enrols/day
his TG is bigger, but that is normal, when taken in account difference in xp and fsp rewards on .com and .ru
if i played so much TG i would be at least CL 11, maybe even 12
and yet, he had 2,4 times more fsp then i did when we met
lets say i am ready to swallow my pride and the beating i get all the time
and continue to play my main
i have no real chance of ever getting my character at the same lvl as my .ru counterparts
no way
the best i can manage is to be a little more then 1,6 x average, even if i spent next few years only doing MG monsters
now, lets say i am mazohistic, with a lots of free time
and the money
and i am ready to play the game again from CL 1
i cant do the same as this guy did
because now we have the "1.6 more fsp then average" rule
and it is not possible to make a really competitive character like that one
so, even if someone is competitive enough to go through all of the game once again, he cant make a really good character
lets say this in terms of boxing
you have two players
one of them is big, well fed, with a knuckleduster
other one already got beaten once, before the match
is starving, and has no funds or means to start again, and get himself in good condition
who would you bet on, guys? :)
actually this system of rewards is unfair at russians too
they also get punished for playing thoughtfully, and patiently
for much of them found themselves over the 1.6 avg fsp, practically overnight
conclusions are ve | conclusions are very disturbing, i think
we are put in a very harsh position
if you are a PvE oriented player you dont lose much, i guess
but in PvP i dont think there is a real chance for us
this sistem of rewards is greatly unfair to both .com and .ru
if you are a low lvl, and have lvl camped, you have a chance
if you played TG on .com...
just forget it, you cant catch them
that doesnt mean that you will lose all the time
yeah, you can win
but if you are playing with a guy of approximatly equal skills you will most likely lose
for he has the edge
if you are competitive, like i am, you will most probbably be deeply frustrated
i would really like to hear your conclusions, and results of analisys for other combat lvls, so pm me if you have them
p.s. sorry for multiposting, it turned out to be a very long post | @85: he is not counterpart- he is "masterpiece" maybe you dont achieve same result from same start
better is compare with top 20% or top 10% .ru player for pvp worries | I have analysed the results of .com wizards during the 100th ST.

+1 | As mentioned, I did much better than I expected in this minor tournament taking 19 wins for CL 10, taking silver.
I was only able to do this by level camping for a LONG time and I now notice that my character was really harmed by taking 2 TG levels. ( I know many others who took a much greater hit on .com )
I took gold in the last minor tournament in .com so I'm no stranger to playing in minor tournaments. In fact, I have built my character as best as I can to focus on doing well in minor tournaments.
What is really frustrating is looking at all of the .ru players who have double the faction skill that I have. My only loss was to another knight who was faction level 8 ( rather than my 7 ). I have built this character up over YEARS to be as fit and trim as possible only to come to .ru and find that my character is really less than average over here.
I really love all of the additional activities over here.. That part is great and getting me interested in the game again but, dang it's really heart-breaking to see all of my careful work over years marginalized so extremely. | | Players at my experience level have 100-150 more fsps than I have. I have level camped right upto level 8. And if we still don't have a better exp/fsp ratio, we will go down rapidly. i didnt even tried with my main.
but i did made an alt char.
and secured a medal in CL lv 3 random teams. | | I didn't even tried either | at CL10 i won 9 battles in random and with partner.
but i didnt play very good :( | I don't agree that the Russians are better players...you should look through my tournament 2x2 losses...most of my partners were pretty noob AND didn't listen to a word most times--also they didn't say a word either.
Rough. | There is somewhat a way to gain good EXP/FSP ratio.
The auto tournament.Those who are rich and can spend/waste some gold :P
Rent full enchanted sets or shop arts and keep trying in paired tourny.
Entry fees is very less so mainly its cost of enchants.
You also win some gold on winning finals.
And thus it may help gaining FSP in the long run.
But obviously this idea fails to recover FSP when there is a gap of 2k FSP :P | paired tourny
