Ya, I think it's 5k, just got one a while ago
range penalty is 8k
most expensive shooter stuff was 12k double shot, then 11k vigilance, the rest were <10k |

Go to someone's profile and you'll see the option to attack them
But the player can only be attacked if they have some AP and some troops, also you can't attack players that you have beaten |
| Just go to duels, pick a level 5 someone and keep trying till you beat him, at first you will keep losing but you'll get close to 2k exp each time, if you somehow manage to beat him, pick another level 5er and repeat :D |

| Yeah, it's really weird, either it's the AP or som,ething else. I saved up for the unlimited retaliation, not sure if it was worth it though, still can't kill above lvl 7 |
yeah it's AP, i still cant beat full AP level 7
last year IIRC the full AP level 7 can give 4k-5k exp |
