AuthorTactics for barbarian
Hey all, I'm a lvl 3 barbarian and i was wondering what some tactics I can use are.

Seems to me that its kinda hard to integrate orcs into my existing wolf rider heavy army that is reliant on quickly closing the distance. Any suggestions?
The best opponents for barbs are knights on 3rd level.

You are gonna win, just do not let the knight fire at your wolf, it is always better when they fire at your orks.
tacticks for barbarian are simple: u must strike enemy first, if not u dead =) barbarian have orcks, lure whit them enemy closer, and then strik whit wolves, there is no need to attack enemy on his side of battlefild, and add all skilpoints to attack.
One way to learn strategies is to watch winning combats by more experienced barbarians. I learned some tactics from watching Iuri's lv 3 and lv 4 battles. Just go to Top Players and click on a barbarian. Then click on their combat log and find the page that shows the lv battles you want to watch.

Right now I'm struggling with Lv 5 strats for barbs. This is not a good lv for them it seems.

On 5 lvl u need 3+ moral to have any chance in combat.
And of couse group battles.

3-4 lvl is the best for Barb
Just use defence tactic

don't split ur armi 50/50
1 stack of 14 orcs
2-4 stacks of 1-2 wolfs
and 1 stack of 18-20 wolfs

vs Necro:

vs Knight (hard one):

vs Mage:

and vs demon is the hardest!!!!
Dont let your wolves be targeted try to keep all attention on your orcs, because of your wolves low health youll need to keep them more hidden in the back ground and use them simply for defence instead of offense...

When a barbarian goes on offense your chance of winning decreases substantionally...
heh
"Dont let your wolves be targeted... " it is easy to say
how can U protect wolves from being targeted for egzample against elves ?
easy, don't move your wolves, and use orcs to hit his Archers.

they HATE losing archers.
hey everyone thanks for all your help.

seems strange though that the best tactics for such an "aggressive" faction is to sit back and defend.

Wonder if that was the intention of the creators?
barb haven't any taktics)
@cletius...yes barbs can be very cunning, just sitting back there so innocently, then you come to kill him and BANG! hes on you with all hes got, mowing down your stacks. Kinda like demons i must say xD
actually, barbs get overpowered by knights. theres simply no way to win a decent knight wwithout extreme luck. The swords are too well shielded, and can kil 10 or some wolf riders first hit even if riders hit first. lv 5, they're even more outmatch w/ griffons.
In general, i've had not much difficulty against barbarians
to get knights you have pick off archers fisrt with orcs and then split your wolves and use and hit him with a tiny stack of wolves then the big one and he'll be to low in swords men to defend and you have got it won
lol knights don't need to defend. they can charge u w/ swords. its really difficult to win, trust me
easy to win from knight at lv 4 bar2
against knights just kill bowmen with orcs then when the swordmen is in range attack with goblin(to take out retaliation)then with wolves and orcs(melee attack)
knights are weak sauce against barb if the barb is smart

what about fighting demons i have never faced them and dont want be dominated because i dont know what to do.
ok just got to lvl 5 basic strategy guidlines? for example for lvl 3-4 you used the defence tactic... etc.

anything like that for lvl 5 up?
Please i dont really get the strategy at all i need help
