There is no official rule sheet in the game info/ announcement page, yet they BAN you for saying hi with smileys.
...And to think I was going to offer help in the Inquiry chat room....
If people spam 3 smileys 5 lines in a row, then BLOCK them for 30 minutes and possibly have an automated mail to them telling them why they were blocked & for however long.
...BANNING ppl who are poking a nose to help others.... tasteless.

I think that blocking someone for language-related problem is strange. Ban is totally appropriate here.
