1. Create a clip in "Ideas and suggestions" as in russian server with the rules of offering ideas, such as reasons of change and ways to do it and the others.
2. Let only players 3 level or higher write in this section and in General game forum. |

| I like the sound of only level 3 or higher posting in "Ideas and Suggestions". It would get rid of a lot of useless ideas and reposts and will also help with keeping the sever from crashing due to so much flooding. IF someone really wanted to improve the game then they would not mind getting to level 3 combat before they give there suggestions. |
There won't be themes with ask of increasing or decreasing power of a fraction, which are almost often silly or comes from players who can't play good. There won't be themes with suggestions which are already presented in game. There won't be flood in topics.
Many new players (1-2 level) have a variety of "great" ideas which they want to offer, but they are odten unreasonable
