thats just how it works...
Since you have range units, people would want to take the range units out 1st since they can do damage from afar |
| and also the most damaging ranged unit is elven bowmen so naturaly they get targeted 1st |

| I recommend you get your defense up fast, buy some artifacts or use your next skill points. As being the first target, it helps a lot. With defense 12 some of my bowmen sometimes survive a full scale attack till second round. Not that they are doing damage then, but they keep the enemy busy the second round. And if they think "kick that elf out-of-play first" in a 3v3, they wont make it. |
