Some of us can play only for 2-3 hours per day if lucky.

It would be fine addition that we can put our heroes to work for more than one hour and wait than another hour.

Why not have option to put your hero to work in ore mine or sawmill for 6 or 12 hours. Not evryone has money for larger donations, ala getting diamonds or are quite unlucky playing rullete or have ethic view against playing roulette, just to name few.

So whn your hero is working for 6 or 12 hours in a mine you dont have access to Roullete and cant bet in Tavern.

yeah and when the spots are taken it puts u in another place and if there is no more spots on any job inn area it dose not empoly u. (i know i spelled employ wrong)
I disagree with you guys;

By enrolling once a day for 12 hours, there would be way more money on the market which would cause a huge imbalance.

By enrolling once an hour you can combine hunting (40-60min), working (60) and mercenaries' quests (40). This way the more active players will receive more money, exp and guild points (!) than the other less active ones, which absolutly makes sense.

Indeed but then again, a more active player would always have an advantage since he will be getting more guild and faction points. There are many players that really like this game but due to various reasons can't be as active as others. Tauron's work suggestion will help those players earn some more money to compensate for their lack of points with a few artifacts. Perhaps, in order to make it more fair towards active players, the contracted work program could take up half a position in a facility and give half the money than normal. Perhaps it could also be so that the script could sign such players on at the end of each shift after all or most active players have signed on, if there is enough space for them. Even so, having all those hours one would like to play not be a total waste would be something.
Mmmm, it could probably be made so that you have options available, where working many short shifts is to prefer if you are active.

Example:

Working for 1 hour give you 175 gold, and one LG-point. (100% effective gain of gold.)
Working for 2 hours give you 315 gold, and one LG point. (90% effective gain of gold.)
Working for 4 hours give you 630 gold, and one LG point. (90% effective gain of gold.)
Working for 8 hours give you 1120 gold, and one LG point. (80% effective gain of gold.)
Working for 16 hours give you 1960 gold, and one LG point. (70% effective gain of gold.)
i agree with agelage. cause people can just set like 24 hour work and go afk
