After having to wait between 40-60 minutes for a hunt , this inspiration hit me . What if , we had some sort of training ground that are a bit like hunts , where you have to kill a certain preset amount of enemies . If the player wins , the player will only get faction skill points and/or combat level experience points , and will not receive any gold or artifacts .
The benefit if this is available :
- waiting for hunts will not be boring
- we players will have another source of levelling up (although the combat lvl exp and faction exp will preferrably be equal to what we will get with hunts , except without the gold and artifact bonus)
- players who don't feel like duelling and/or have done their hunts will have an alternative
I'm sure some people might say that we could fill our free time with helping out other people's hunts , but then again :
- hunter's assistance is not always available
- sometimes you do all the work but the hunter who asked for help benefits the most .
Furthermore , we hopefully will be able to set the type and amount of creatures we want to fight , and the exp and faction skill gained will vary according to the in-game system of distributing points .
Everyone is welcome to give their opinions about this and inform the administration or something . Yours has many kinks. For example, if you can set the amount and type of creatures you want...you're likely to know how many you can kill and get max xp as possible. (The cost of building doesn't matter) This is "haliava" (I just can't find better word) | Aravil , or anyone out there for that matter , what does "haliava" stand for ? | This is a russian word) it means - without paying, without difficulties receive something good and valuable | maybe it will be beter if we get some number of creatures we can fight/day maybe like 600 goblins. if all the goblins defeated, you must wait for another day too kill it again. u can use this to fill your waiting time. but maybe if the number of creature is unlimited it better if we don't get any exp and faction points but our troops ready still 100% even if we're lose. just trying to scale how much we can kill. | How about add a hunt clock, a clock countdown for next hunt?

[>] [q] 12 2008-07-12 03:18:29i copy u | But what if you get low experince for this say you beat 25 magi they should give you about 90 exp. | Lenardy , the main purpose of this arena is to kill boredom when you are waiting for the next hunt OR mercenary quest OR work enrolment OR just don't feel like duelling .
EXP and faction skill are just the secondary benefits . I'm sure you've participated in hunts and the points received is very little . The function of this is just to fill in free time , not to gain SIGNIFICANT amounts of xp , faction and gold . BTW , you will not be able to get gold in this arena as well . | I think it sounds like a great idea baecuse it takes 15 min before you can battle again and hunts take at least 40 min, without a hunters pass, before you can hunt again. |
