That does not make sense. 12 talent points for each category of high damage spells (chaos). In heroes wizards use to have lightning speciality - in heroeswm its extra hard to train. does it make sense? if not i suggest to reconsider the costs of the chaos talents for wizards.

tournaments results on .ru server shows that wizards is the most powerful faction :)
before 5 level they really weak, but you may learn talents only from 5 level |
well, i checked the effect and all,
forget about chaos magic, just take erudition and spend it on spell power
that is even more effective for a dark elf (with 10 pts in erudition and 9 for chaos), so never mind the result for a wizzy.
the scaling up on damage on chaos spells due to advanced skills is minimal compared to the 10 added sepllpower (at lvl 12 = + 6 skillpts + 2 x +2 spell power) and 50% more mana you can get from erudition |

still fireball seems to be very powerful.
i think at start it could hit like 3-5 enemy targets at once.
but your talking about lightning + erudtion tree. (i think). i never considered this. erudition sounded like magic fist forever to me (my mistake). your probably right - hmm. so thx for your post mirz.
anyways, this doesn't influence my point about the too high cost of chaos magic for a wizard. i stick to my arguments there at the first post.
since i'd be looking forward to use big fireballs, its relevant to me.

1. To speak to developers - write them PM.. they read player's ideas very seldom..
2. If you would like to know, wizards are powerfull and can receive normal number of experience in group battles, they need a lot of money and skillpoints: this can be received not in battles with players. Wizards need mini-artifacts and without them they rather weak.. and I do everything I can to become mighty.
3. I sometimes fight with players
4. Battles with players are very long, often some players go afk: and hunts and quests are much faster
5. In russian server players, who want to be good wizards fight in PvE even more then I, and they are right |

1. That was double mini-artifacts. you can see it by holdingctrl and performing 2 left-clicks on unit
