1. I quote from the Heroes of War and Money Website
"Luck and morale cannot befall too often nor too much in a row. For example, while luck is equal to 1, its befalling on the battlefield is limited to once in 5 turns through once in 20 turns. (If the luck/morale value is 2 or more, its happening will be much more often than once in 5 turns!) Every turn without luck or morale increases the probability for its befalling on the next one. The general probability for luck or morale is 10% for 1 point."
2. Note that a neutral army has 1 morale.
3. Watch this battle. Enemy receives an INSANE amount of high-morale, when they only have 1 point.

4. Observe that enemy received 3 hi-morale IN SUCCESSION.
CONSECUTIVELY. Game description state that for 1 point in morale, they should only get it once in 10 turns!
5. Conclusion: Is there a bug in the game? Your game description does not match the amount of times it should happen! I would LOVE an answer how this could happen!
6. I cursed and swore after this battle, which I feel
I should have won easily, if it followed the expected probability of morale occurring. I HATED this game at that point of defeat. It is shocking how the neutral army CHEATS with TOTAL DISREGARD of game rules.
