Hi,
i am writing about the blocking of Darkdome, moneyelf, D4rkd0mey.
I believe that there has been some mistake in Blocking this accounts. Yes, the loaning and returning is one thing too many but that seems pretty unreasonable to block those accounts. Some of the transactions have their reason.
Firstly the accounts have different IP which is kind of weird to ban (different computer), Plus an extra information that darkdome is brother of d4rkd0mey and moneyelf is just bunkmate. "Though we do access on the same computer when we are together." <--only time when Ip are the same (do check the timings of login and out)
*Check the history of the IP's for all this accounts pls
2ndly all transfer (with reasons) and return are within the 1 months period and none exceeded the time limit (par. 3.6 i doubt it applies)
3rd we stated info on our accounts the reason why we may end up with the same IP sometimes.
Basically this 3 could be the main reason why it was misunderstood.
I Hope this would clear up some miss understanding.. i don't mind having Darkdome account begin closed. I recalled messaging to one of the moderators in my private mail about Darkdome character blocking thing. The reason is there in the mail as well.
As for Moneyelf and D4rkd0mey, do unblock them.

| I dont think blocking these accounts is a mistake.Too much money has changed hands for the purpas of gambling (NO ONE is going to lend money for gambling)Lending money for that reason is like throwing cash away because there is a better than average chance you will not get the money back.Think about it.would you lend real money to someone for gambling.HELL NO you would not it would be stupid. |

| Yeah i t should be fair for everyone. Everyone can use excuse of a loan. I dont care just dont transfer money betwen you guys and you should be ok. He should just make another acc. |
So the block was due to .. the transfer...
as in you are blocking cause the fact that he is borrowing..
And the block was from a person's your "point of view" and not by checking the Game Rules?
Nothing was broken from the Rule..and banning cause of your "one's personal opinion" that was "not listed" in the Game Rule.. I believe that is a flaw to your system when it comes to banning.
1) there was no warning given before the block was carried out
2) all rules are abide
3) Blocked cause of ones believes , Point of view.
do think about it..
and to prevent this kind of things from happening you should state in the Game Rule as well "No loaning For Roulette( Betting / Gambling )" |

Here is the list of transfer rules..
3.6- "This transfer is out of scoop..cause obviously no outside $$ is involved"
3.6. Trading any in-game property or service for real money, as well as trading not game-related property or service in the game is forbidden. Real money includes not only cash, but also transfers in all kinds of currency, including the money of different paying systems, like web money, E-gold and so forth.
3.10.2.= "in the Transfer log no transaction of market 4rd parties..so this is out
3.10.2. Any transfers, (including those through the market or through a third party), combats (including those with other players involved) and "Two Towers" games between multiple characters of one person are prohibited.
3.13. = "none of them are additional characters..so this is out as well.."
3.13. Additional characters are not allowed to loan, lend or borrow any game valuables.
3.14. = "they do have description and all debts are paid in less then a month..in fact none more then 2 days.."
3.14. Large transfers without cause and description are prohibited. All debts must be returned one month after receiving, or else the transaction will be regarded as violation of par. 3.6
3.15. = "leaving game.. who's leaving?"
3.15. Large transfers for the reason of leaving the game etc. are forbidden. Presents must not exceed 30% of the general property of the character.
3.18. "swindles ?? i don't see any swindling on it"
3.18. The Administration keeps a right to cease access to the game to any player who hinders the gameplay, deceives or swindles other lawful players.

| Maybe the admin find it strange that he keep borrowing gold when he have huge amount of gold and you loan him money when you know he have that much gold? I mean you can buy almost everything with 300k(with loan), he don't even need loan. |
