i guess we need to the admins to create a mandatory tutorial class before then can goto lvl 2.
some multiaccts need to be shown on the tutorial and care should be taken to explain that all transfers/battle logs are archived and can be used to prosecute them. its kinda boring to do catch crooks like them over and over again... |
