Hi, i dont know if someone has already mentioned these things, here are my 2 suggestions:
1) Private chat during battle.
Possibility to change whom you want to adress your messages - for "All", or "only to Allies". I find it extremely usefull, becouse from many games, becouse we can discuss the tactics, etc.
2) Each Factions exact units and castle descriptions on the front page under "Character" menu. This means you will be able to read anything about each factions units and buildings/upgrades, for example you will know how much damage each unit does, what specific abilities it has, defence, what upgrades can be done in the castle, etc.
