hi.. I want to know if the 2nd char is allowed to join the same clan as the main char?

regarding game terms and conditions its fine to have multiple chars (twinks), they also may participate in tournaments. | | yes but both have 2 pay clan tax. the FULL amount | | 3.12. When buying game items from other characters, the prices mustn't differ too much from the average market prices. Yes, I know the 3.12 rule.
But the rule only tell us that one character should not pay clan entrance fee
for other character, give presents to each other, not selling game item with very low price or washing money.
The rule does not specifically telling about whether they are allowed to be in the same clan. I ask this question and expecting Admin or Moderator to answer it, because I don't want to break the rule without knowing it.
In my opinion, it should be OK though...
Even in the same clan, if there are no interaction between them, they are just like 2 different person.
I just want to discuss, and want to know what other's thinking about this.
