First off, here is the reason necromancers rock

That is 1,400 exp. 24 skeletons (456 gold) and 1.36 skill points. Sweet. | Here is a quick guide up to level 4 if anyone wants to know the best necro strategy.
***** Level 1 *****
Have maximum zombies, Break the remaining skeletons into 6 groups. Use the skeletons to take the retaliation hit.
***** Level 2-4 *****
Have maximum ghosts, Break the zombies into 6 groups. Use the zombies to take the retaliation hit.
Put All skill points into knowledge.
***** Level 5 *****
Have maximum vampires and ghosts, Break the zombies into 6 groups. Use the zombies to take the retaliation hit.
You should have 4 knowledge, put one more point into knowledge. Also make sure you get basic erudition from your talents, and use that point for spell power.
***** Final Result *****
You should have 5 knowledge, 1 Spell power.
***** TIPS *****
Do not spend money on artifacts, except maybe Steel blade (+2 attack) and Amulet of luck (+1 luck).
Save your money, it will cost near 48,000 gold to get Magic Guild level 1, Mansion (vampires) and Graveyard (Skeleton archers).
Never rush the enemy, the necromancers are very good at the end of battle, not the beginning.
Do not let an enemy unit or your own go onto the spot where your ghosts have died. If they do you CANNOT ressurect your ghosts.
Stay behind your zombies, they don't have much attack. But what they lack in offense they make up in sheer damage they can receive. | Striker, your strategies seem to be lacking.
