Hi,

As a fan of HOMM for many years, I find this game very addictive (aka great!).

however, I think that some improvemnts would make it better.

1. Owing more than one castle. A chance for player to conquer a natural castle. Player can create mega clans as kingdoms and conquer castle from each another. However, the suggested castle system is like this:


1. each player starts with one castle and may acquire different castle along the way. However, in order to enter kingdom mode (gaining or losing castle to other players), the player should press the button reveal which revelas his castle and enroll them into the kingdom system. So players can play in "safe mode" and gain castles until they are ready to face other players. In addition, castle could be rented for other players or a player who lost all his castles and belong to a kingdom can get a castle from the king or duke for a certain period of time. In that case, the player pays certain % as rent and may use the castle until he acquire an new natural castle of his own.

2. Indestructable artifacts. This is no doubt the passion of many players. However, by doing so we destory the whole idea of the blacksmith and craft guilds. My suggestions is enjoy both worlds: Having an undestructable artifacts at the cost of power. So indestructable medicore artifacts. E.G:

Elves' ring of dextirity
Required level: 1
Durability: N/A
Ammunition points: 0
Modifiers: increases the hero's initiative by 5%.
This ring can't be modified by any means.

Ring of the Magi
Required level: 1
Durability: N/A
Ammunition points: 0
Modifiers: increases the hero's spell damage by 2%.
This ring can't be modified by any means.

The logic behind this is simple. You got your special indestruable ring, but for a price. If you want the powerful stuff, then pay the cost! This will help to keep the game in balance and be fair to the players who repair and increase their craft skills.

hmmm... I think in this game are ment to be players-castleowners. the only problem is, that there is still not enough players and noone is above level 10. I think that type of game as you suggest in 1. would be suitable when there would be enough high levels, while 2. I agree :)
