AuthorWhat is your dream troops?
Suppose if we can mix all of faction creatures (5 creatures) and go to tournament with them.
Choose 1 creatures for every level tier and mix it to a team.

Note:
1. Don't forget to put the number of the creatures into your consideration.
2. Necro Creatures have chance for 2 times raise dead. It means that for Necro creatures, you can raise dead 2 times.
3. For "??", I don't know the exact number, I use max number for that creatures on level 8.
Can Knight and Necro level 8 help me? How much is the max number of Recruits and Infected Zombies you can have?

Imagine that your troops combination will be used by you in a tournament. What combination is the best?

I think mine would be like the following :
- 49 Sprites
- 94 Crossbowmen or 36 Shrews
- 27 Apparitions
- 12 Vampires
- 5 Liches or 5 Genies

I'll use the Sprites for raiding and probing enemy lines . If I have Shrews , I'll send them through any gaps to get to the enemy's ranged units OR if I have crossbowmen , I'll use them to take out the enemy's ranged units first with the liches' plague shot to kill any 'ranged unit box formations' or to pick out advancing enemy units with the aimed shot ability . Then , I would send the apparitions and vampires to kill off the remaining enemy units as well as the enemy's heavy units (Incorporeal and Drain life is very useful for this) . Hopefully , I'll win the tournament with these units .

Unfortunately , I know I never will have all of them .
I will choose:

13 Lizard
9 Monks

Oh well . I've changed my mind ... :

This time , I'll use all of my ranged units to take out the enemy's ranged units . If there are any enemy stacks brave enough to face the wrath of my ranged units at close range , they will most certainly be mowed down . Then , I will charge the enemy positions with my ghosts and vampires , taking out mostly the remnants of the enemy as well as any heavy units with the artillery support of my ranged units . Hopefully , I'll win :)

Again , this is excellent stuff to be imagined , but I know I'll never be able to have this combo ...

if u want equivalent number of creatures post real maximum of recruited.

on lvl 8 max hound 35-36, succubi 16-17, ogres 16-18
+ due to knight training if he takes maximum crossbows frexample, he has very few swords and recruits, so 94 crossbows is not real number.

154 scellbows is also unreal number bcause its rasial ability, without reserve necro can recruit 60-80 scells. 40 gremlin ingeneers vs 150 scellbows - nonequivalent. the same for 60 swords vs 15 mino or 27 golems.



for AzlyHaziq:
ghost and wampires would be killed in 1 atack, they wount protect archers from blocking.

Thanks for the correction of demon creatures.
Knight at level 8 can have up to 94 crossbowmen (because of rally talent and knight training).
Now Antos use 94 crossbowmen.

Maybe we have to exclude rally talent but I don't know how much a level 8 knight can have crossbowmen without rally talent.
Can a level 8 knight (with level 7 race point) help me?
They're not supposed to , hellraiser . I'll just put 1 stack of 1 skeletal archer in around the ranged units . Besides , this is make-believe , doesn't mean I must type 100 % of all my tactics on the forum , must I ?
Hmm the numbers I see are for maximum so if you were deciding between troops you would have to play with the sliders to get the balance you need. So I'll just leave the numbers and say which ones I like the most as a wizard.

Tier 1 - Spawns (so I can steal mana)
Tier 2 - Shrews (imagine getting them and giving them a triple mini art of att/morale/speed(or att/morale/luck)!)

Tier 3 - Swordsmen

Tier 4 - Magi (Although I would like to put griffins I need some kind of range unit and magis are great since their magic makes them avoid defense)

Tier 5 - Monks (Although at lvl 9 I would go genies because you can get alot more of them than at lvl 8.)
i think the gremlin engeeners and the modern golems are strong because G enginers can repair golems :)
