AuthorAbility To See Allied Troops During Unit Placement
It would help to be able to see your allies place their troops so you can place yours accordingly.

For example, you'd be able to see whether they're placing their ranged units behind a troop wall in their corner or on the edge, so you can do the same.

that would help alot
impossible cause you will just change and change it based other persons troops and the game would never start and plus not seeing their troops is part of the strategy of the game

no it is not a very gud idea
I say this should be possible only when hunts. Hunt assistant should see the troops of main player-hunter. Main player-hunter could not see the troops of his hunter assistant during pre-combat settlement.

I agree with the full original idea, being able to see how your ally places his troops, it's not like you'll see how the enemy places theirs.. heck, if that went through, just remove the base starting zone area, letting everyone in all their armies set up along the back rows rather than just in the 10 squares allotted.
well, it will not work, since everyone will wait till allies set up
nah it will work, because the timer will run out...and people will be waiting, and then their troops won't be setup...they will learn ;)

I believe that it would be MUCH more reasonable to have the ally during the hunt to see your pieces, but not during matches.
I know it's ridiculous to propose a bit of realism in a fantasy world...but if you were actually preparing your forces for a battle and you had an ally with you, you'd definitely be collaborating with them.
You can still collaborate right now. You will probably last longer if you collaborate with your allies, communication is key. Use the "chat", it will help you, do not be afraid to come to the chat area :)
That would take way too much effort, time and coordination with your team-mates.
Why don't we combine it with the fact that if there are allies, only allies can talk to each other.

No need to communicate with the enemy :)
