Are forum mods able to carry out their duties properly?

AuthorAre forum mods able to carry out their duties properly?
No disrespect to all mods out there but sometimes I wonder are some( a few among the many) capable to carry out their tasks as forum mods properly.

Different forum moderators have different standards in judging cases such as 'spam' 'flood' etc. Surely there out to be a standard to abide too.

Take for example, my posts earlier on in a topic regarding 'superb lv 2 wizard' it was locked for flooding and yet when one compares it to Warlord's post regarding cheaters in general forum no action was taken.

How do you define 'flooding'? Multiple posts? Maybe. However if each post is separated by another writer, it should not be considered flooding as in the example of Warlord's post in general forum since it can be seen as just exchange of opinions rather than spam.

There must be some standard to abide to. Order is key here.
simple reason, you posted in the wrong forum.
Well there are some general rules, but every person has it's own reaction to posts and his/her own view on what is wrong.

But if you have a complaint about a moderator, you can write to the secretary and they will asses your complaint.

Btw this topic is not a question, so please post when you've read it, so it can be removed.
different mod will have different standard...

like FaithBringer said, if you are not happy with a mod, feel free to complain to admin.
Pang
when will faithbringer acomplish by complaining to Admin (nothing) as they dont seem to care what happens here anyway
