| During battle placement there could be a portrait of each hero somewhere and when a player presses the sword button to say they are ready there portrait lights up, that way we can see who is afk and who isnt. |

i got another idea. Why don't the thing called ZOC (zone of contact) in this game exist?
If this ZOC is exist, we could at least save our troops from being slaughtered by the enemy troops.
F.Y.I. ZOC is where the unit will block other unit from moving further. Therefore, we can defend our troops such as archers, magi, or gremlins.
I hope that is a good idea.

As far as ive noticed, its during a fight they go AFK.. Not during Battle Placement.. Well, ive seen it a couple times, but its not that often..
But generally, think it sounds like a good idea.. |
| you dont even need the portrait. When you pass your mouse on a char in the initiative bar, it lights up, you just need to call that function up, when you press the sword button ! Voila...your character will be light up |
