The administration obviously has a seemingly endless tide of violators to pursue. Additionally, they've got to deal with many other things: ranging from game aspects like clan creation, improvements, and general database maintenance; to real-life aspects like health, income, and social events (you've heard about Russia lately?).
Now, this game may not be perfect. It may not function exactly as it is described. But for a free game (advertising-free, at that!), operating under a .com (in English, no less!) for well less than a year, organized and maintained by individuals (as opposed to a major gaming company), I'd say it's doing pretty good. You want your clan? Well, I think it's obvious you're just going to have to be patient -- and part of that is giving credit where credit is due. |
