I guess you didn't check carefully or completely, rosic has a deposit of 310k, not 300k in our clan.

In rosic's descriptions he always speaks from "lend". And in the rules there is this sentence "All debts must be returned one month after receiving, or else the transaction will be regarded as violation of par. 3.6. "
I don't know if you are allowed to keep money for a longer time when you have an appropriate license from Administration for your banking business but I don't think so.
Furthermore rosic nowhere says that he wants to deposit his money to your clan bank and he didn't get any interest.
and like I see at your transfer loq you realised that you acted against the rules:

But I don't know if this is better than before. For me it is still against the rules. If this solution is legal will hopefully soon be judged by the admins.

I only saw the penalty you've got and that you're still going on to transfer items. Should have had a reason for the admins to give you that penalty. Are you playing from the same IP? |

1. At the very begining, rosaic loan the money to our clan to buy TGI.
2. Then, our clan offered a clan bank service for our clan members. Rosaic told me in person that he want to keep the money in our clan bank as deposit, because he didn't want to be bothered by players who asked him for gold. It's why I didn't return his money in shortly.
3. Our clan were planning to give 50% of the bank interest back to our clan members who has deposit as bank bonus at the end of each month starting from Oct. As respect to the new rule 3.21 on bank business, we submitted the proposal to Administration and paused all bank activity. It's why he didn't get the interest yet.
4. thx for your reminder, so I returned all deposit money.
5. I don't think the deposit should be considered as debts. If one member has to deposit and withdraw in one month, and then deposit and withdraw again... It's just too many trouble. But it's just my thinking, I will write to Administration for an answer. |
