You can get your arts repair 50% here, and get a 10% discount comparing to some "FREE" service. :)
I can repair your arts 50% of the max durability, you pay 90% of the repair cost only. I will pay the other 10% for you.

1) Click on the name of your artifact to see its description page and find the original repairing cost at the bottom of the page.
2) Calculate the repairing cost as (90% * original repairing cost), then transfer the gold to binghuo, and note as "repair cost for ?"
3) Click the "transfer" link of this artifact under the name of your artifact, and in the "Item transaction" page fill in the form as follows:
Enter character name: binghuo
Golds: 1
Transfer with recall in: 1 days, 0 combats and "Allow repairing".
