Authormerc quest timer after the battle
"Damn 'Dark elves-invaders {0}'. They occupied the '#23 - Sulphur dune'! Go, show them what a real warrior is worth, and break them off similar tricks! You have to cope with it in 120 minutes."
"A huge army of 'Gremlins {0}' is about to raid the '#11 - Lab'. Hurry over there, strike the separate groups of enemies, and the victory is yours! Hurry or they will attack all together in '120' minutes."

Sorry for the long post, but these r the examples of merc quests. From these description it is obvious that we only need to finish the battle/ deliver cargo in the time given.
But even if we finished the battle in time, but we do not come back to the guild in time the quest is failed while saying "they r all dead because of you" but we finished the battle. This doesnt make sense. How can they r dead but we have "cope with them"? So my idea is the timer stops only after we have finished the battle or deliver d cargo.
Why? because when you r in a hurry but you hav accepted the quest you need to go back 2 guild again, moreover if u r ambushed by thief. it will really waste ur time if you r in a hurry. There could be another reason (Server Down, for example)
I totally agree, as i have failed over 10 merc quests because i went back to yellow lake and have forgotten to enter the mercenary guild even after i have completed the mission
Yeah. I totally agree with i_e. We have killed them in the quest, but we failed the mission. This is kinda strange.

To admins of the game. Please stop the timer after we :
1. kill all of the armies (army of *, vanguard of *, *-raids)
2. Hand over the cargo (Deliver cargo mission)
3. kill the monster (monster-raid)

Thx for considering this idea..
I support this idea too. Rewards for deeds.
The guys giveing quests at mercenary guild should being healed
from whatever illness that makes them behave this way. = )
