Every time you see 2 similar transfers from anyone in "New Elite" you blow it out of proportion. Would be nice if you also looked elsewhere and found real cheaters. you got enough clans to start in yourself. But maybee its your primary goal to bring down "New Elite"?

In this message he is KINDLY suggesting something what he thinks about Commander.
No rule was rushed. No rude words. No nothing?
I hope this is not a rule to bann a person becouse he speaks freely what he thinks.
Freedom of speach should be the 1st rule on forum, dont you think?

nah, before we go bashing and all, lets see what those transfers are exactly
post 1: all i see are trades in a way that is not tranfer for price, but 2000 for a learhter helemt and 1500 for an armor? sounds fine with me
same for a loan and payback in it, really, nothing amiss,
post 2: the giver has given at the same time a butload of cash to 4 different persons, so he also did not do anything amiss, it was a fidt of less than 30%
post 3: well, seems shefs is giving loans, so what, that is allowed, no mont is passed yet
post 4, the giving char malyboy, is blocked, so what use is this link? oir are ye suggesting that walker is not allowed to repair for someone else?
my conclusion is simply that these are no cheaters, at least not from thse transferslogs, and i do applaud any person who looks for and points out cheaters, but please, do be sure before ye post and investigate more than that has happend hers. |

Let me comment on this and try to stay objective (although I'm New Elite member):
If violations of the rules occur I think people need to be adressed about it. However, I very much dislike structural banning and 1 person/clan focussed actions. I have seen it in other games and it really is something I don't want happening in HoWM. Keep in mind that most people love playing this game and some (like myself) are even donating money and we enjoy playing every day. We don't want others to undermine our privileges and cash help by actions like the ones described.
Having said this my feelings are that moderators need to distinguish between different types/severnesses of violations. Why? Because if you bring down a whole group of players you also bring down the innocent players. It probably is the American way of looking at things, but in Europe people are unguilty until proven otherwise.
I will give you an example what happened to me in another game of what I consider wasn't clearly cheating but was given a severe cheating penalty.
-> I was Co-leader of a clan and was asked to be a sitter for one of the members. This was allowed when moderators were informed, with the restriction of no transfers between accounts. It so happened as a Co-leader I was allowed to give resources to other players and I did this while I was sitter of this person. Both of us got banned for several dayswhile if I wouldn't have been the sitter I could have given him the resources!!!! So frankly I could see it as a violation of a rule, but it clearly is no cheating and also not with the intention of cheating.
So all I mean to say is that cheating comes in many different shapes so the punishment needs to come in different severities too (if a punishment is at all necessary).
In conclusion .... moderators shouldn't be feeling that players are here to do massive cheating and that in fact it's an exceptional thing.

If people want to abuse their power and ban others for unexplanable reasons, i guess we all don't have much of a choice. All they want to do is hide behind their computers and take cheap shots, feeling like a real hero after that. And they still say New Elite are cheaters? Yeah rite.

This Complaints and applications thread is NOT intended for considering the forum debates. There are moderators for looking after the forum. Complaints regarding the moderators should be sent to Secretary via Private mail.
Is it time to contact Secretary now?
We need a moderator who has a thorough understanding of what happened in the forum and not just ban everyone because he can do it.
Please read the "Smiths and Enchanters services" sub forum.
You will see what happened with Commander and Warlord, and after that maybe you will know Commander's motive on doing this.
Yes, I know the #1 local rule, thank you. And I know that I will be banned for posting this message, but I'll take the risk anyway to tell all of you something so maybe in the future.. this case will not happen again in HOWM.
I don't think Warlord has violated the #1 rule. You can see for yourself that Commander has post some complaints on New Elite member in several threads.
The complaints are directly point to New Elite's member, and as the leader of New Elite, Warlord has rights to reply. He is not 3rd party, because he is representing the accused one.
And for Admins, for your record.. there are also complaints for Commander, so read them too please.
