AuthorFaction-Restricted Items
For the faction-concious,
I think that There should be faction restricted items, For example of each faction i'll give an idea for an item....

Knight - Full Plate (Stats: +4 Defence, +2% morale)

Demon - Hellish Greaves (Stats: +2 Defence, +10% Fire Resistance)

Wizard - Mystical Staff (+1 Intellect, +1 Spell power, +5% effect on any harmful spell for wizard, I.E. Magic punch)

Necromancer - Bone Amulet (+1 luck, Magical ability = More skeletons gained per battle won)

Elf - Crystalline Cape (+3 Defence, +1 luck)

Dark Elf - Mithril Ring (1 Attack, 1 Defence, +10% more when Using defend)

Barbarian - Wolf Paw Boots (+1 defence, Makes Stacks speed +1)

These are only suggestions, I really Hope you consider this And if anyone else think's that Faction restricted items Are a great idea, Please support by Posting, Thanks =)
Faction restricted items i think all of them are good except for darkelf and barbarian.

Dark elf's item is crap....

also barbarian's +1 speed is too much.

Demon is crap, -2 defense for 10% fire resist? Who would use that!? Barb would pwn with that!!

Elf is too much also, since it is A CLOAK! Maybe if armour, but not as cloak, I say amulet.

Anyways, this is completely unbalanced, elf, barb are too much...and wizard is crap since you can get a better one (staff of power +2 knowledge +2 spell power

and also demon and dark elf is crap, necro is ok, and knight is just bad, 2% morale? lol does that really make a difference?


It's a bad idea IMAO
he prob means 2% initiative.

Also when your making an item maybe list the price?
Lol, As i said, there all examples, didnt actually mean those names, stat's or anything
for the necro amulet, change more skeles gained to +1sp in raise dead spell.

we can always buy skeles at market.. but a +1sp can change the course of the battle..
the idea of specific item would be good, but only with a special way to won them like an "epic quest". (but it would look a lot like mercenary quests)
as well there should be more choice per faction as everybody has different way such as magic, attack, defense or improving faction skill.
should those artef hard to obtain ? or easy ?
should they have extended durability or have do redo the quest to obtain the artefacts again ?
should it be some kind of set (several items for each faction)
as well, you would have to think of the design.
