I received a warning:
"Player was imposed a penalty of 1000 gold. // wiifit, delphy-exclude mutual transfers, last warning"
wiifit is my wife's account. I'm been helping her repair her arts (through our clan) recently, so there are a lot of transfer of arts between us, back and forth.
These are not transfers between multi-characters, which was defined as accounts of one person. Nor are they significant amount of value.
Could you please help me check which part of the rules I violated?

There are alot of trading going back and forth there of "NEW" items.what I mean by new as they have not be being repaired.plus there are a couple large cash transfers. | Drakkon,
Did you notice the date on the "couple large cash transfers?" I guess they are pretty old, aren't they? We only gave each other gold a long time ago before we were aware of the 30% rule, and we already received a warning for that. Never violated that rule since then. I don't think we deserve two warnings for the same thing.
There were some new items transferred, but as you mentioned, they were "back and forth". We were not supporting one character with the other, but just exchanging arts that are not used. If you look at the net balance, it's probably close to zero. Plus those were all low value arts, never exceeded 30% of property.
Please revisit this issue and your help will be appreciated.
