'Training Grounds'

I here suggest a new building named 'Traning Grounds'. Also a new guild 'Training Guild'.
The training ground is only built after the player reaches combat lv.3. It unlocks several new features and all of them are called 'Traning'.
Traning 1. Combat Trainer-Raises combat XP in a lesser way through battling trainers.(no other XP)
Traning 2. (fraction name) Trainer-Raises fraction XP in a small way through battling 'Book'(when they die they will close)(their action=look at another page) when units' action are forbiddened
Traning 3. Hunting Grounds-Raises Hunter XP in a small way through battle 10-50 animals. All 1 hit KO. But some wild animals have a bit stronger atk points.
Training 4. Personal Casino-Raises Gamblars' XP through gambling with an AI system/the computer if won. (No bets)
Training 5. Factory-Raises Laborers' XP by 1 and smith's in a small way through battling several kinds of badly forged equipment(when they die they looks repaired) while units are also forbiddened.

About the Guild, it's XP increases by 1 after each training. And each level raises efficiency of training.

this is an idea...:P well that a bit strange honestly, a guild that encompass the other guilds training... I would not say "No" to extra skills exp but its strange yes. Robai had already submitted an idea about training battles to earn faction skill exp that looks simple to understand.

I dont understand the point 5 : you are actually fighting against weapons and armors with no troops 0_o And how would you fight them then? with hero? or you meant to forge equips but why need to add "units are also forbidden" Does it mean its a way of smithing while you waiting for troops to rest?.
Good imagination though.
well, you dont employ with you troop...and Loborers' XP shouldn't raise too fast. So the hero only battle dealt a good duration for training.
