To make this game more real and raise prevention to the 'Lack of certain resource' problem, i suggest more NPCs or stuffs. Their job is to create an account and their character is named like empire citizen, poor guy, diligent guy, all-day worker and etc. In this case, raise each employment places' vacancies by the NPC count. Example:
At the Ore Mine, there is a diligent miner, a poor guy, an all day miner, and an old miner, than the vacancies there will be increased by 4 for them. 1 important thing as middleman. There must be someone to buy materials and sell them to the place lack of them. One is also important. We need someone to buy equipment whenever a factory is lack of gold. These cases happens often, especially before server mantainance when nearly all factories are lack of gold to buy materials and to employ workers. I have 1 optional request. All factories' owner changes, with few exceptions. Example: There are several sawmills in the empire. And some's owner is Lass, some's Wealthy Sawmill Boss, leaving only 1-3 for the empire. |
