I am currently at 6% skill, so max possible is around 24% if using 4 upgraded arts (capes are counted as jewelry too), i can do doubles now too so i.e 6% air +6%earth per artifact
Nature spells efficiency - 6 Windflowers, 6 Tiger's claws
Earth spells damage - 6 Meteorite shards, 6 Tiger's claws
Air spells damage - 6 Windflowers, 6 Meteorite Shards
Water spells damage - 6 Ice crystals, 6 Witchblooms
Fire spells damage - 6 Fire Crystals, 6 Abrasives
If you are my clan member, warlord refunds some of elements cost.
