As many have said he has extra-chars he works, buys arts and elements, and sends them to his main character Commander to enchant, then returns, the extra-chars sell the product and repeat.
Breaking at least 3 rules: | 3.13.1. Additional characters are not allowed to loan, lend or borrow any game valuables.
3.13.2. Additional characters are not allowed to enchant or repair other players' items.
3.13.3. Additional characters are not allowed to transfer items for repairing or enchanting
