yea so i finally found something about DE to complain about,
"Dark elves have a unique ability to inflict extra damage with magic to creatures that have magic shield, and even pierce through magic proof and immunity. Damage dealt depends on hero's Dark elf skill level."
but i just finished a hunt vs Golemns and my magic spell only did 30 dmg on them. where any other target can recieve 40+. if im correct, golemns are of the few creatures that actually have a magic shield. why cant i do this supposed extra damage? | | A Golem has 50% magic shield so usually you do just half the damage, but your racial ability reduced this 50% to 33%, that's why you did 2/3 of the damage. | # Rate of piercing through magic resistances and immunity: 10%+8%*Dark elf skill level.
if ur faction skill is 3, then 10% + 8%*3 = 34%
since golem have 50% magic proof, and ur magic arrow damage is 48
if u calculate it correctly,
golem magic proof become 50% - (50% * 34%) = 33%
48 - (48 * 33%) = 32
since it only deal 30 damage, maybe there's a bug here
