| There has been forum flamewar about trasfers going lately. I would like it to stop it makes me thinking of quitting this game. What if we totally forbid clan donations (which cannot be succesfully checked if they are legal or not due to amount of such transfers) and introduce automatic taxes? Like clan leaders can set amount of x gold being autmatically transferred from every member every x days to clan treasury. |

| Another idea could be that clan members could transfer the money directly to the clan treasury. That would cover donations, taxes, entrance fees, without using force (aka automatic taxes. If a clan member can't afford to pay a tax at that moment or is saving for something he needs what then?). |

The leader and the treasurer just like it is now. They would still manage the clan treasury, the only difference would be that any donations to it wouldn't have to pass through their hands and be suspiciously "taxed". :P

That doesn't seem necessary. I mean, the clan treasury already is an entity of it's own. The leader and the treasurer of a clan can put money in it. Why does it have to be different than it already is if all clan members could as well? |
