alright, i just lost this battle because the server stopped responding. however the server stopped responding after the AI opponant made an illegal move: resurrecting a stack i was standing on which made my stack and that stack on the same exact square. i was not able to target that enemy stack and unable to make my move. then the server timed out and even though i was sitting there the whole time, refreshing, by the time it 're connected' the battle was over and i had lost. this is the battle, you can see the illegal move and where i was unable to continue:
