Like real world working place, wages and employment vary according to supply and demand.
I hope this rule is applied in LordsWM too.
We need this to attract people to work in places where have big demands.
I suggest, a working site can increase and decrease posts for worker in that site.
If it have bid demands, posts will increase significantly. I hope so for wages. If the site have many amount in stock, it will decrease number of people that can work there, even if needed, temporary close.
I know if wages can vary, so do the prices of resources thus will vary the prices of artifacts.
If this can make more complicated and avoided, then vary only posts in working site. |
