You've increased the supply of all the raw materials except Mercury. This will allow people to buy 'alternate' items as necessary. Many of the problems we've had will vanish.
In order to do the other half, all you have to do is restock the artifact shop. Items like
Reprisal Sword
Sword of Retribution
Combat Staff
Equilibrium Blade
Defender Shield
Cape of Spirits
Hat of Knowledge
Steel Boots
Require no Mercury/Nickel/Magic Powder in the artifact shop, but do at the 'alternate locations'. Restocking the artifact shop will bring the lack of supplies to a close.
So I wonder, did you already think of this? | restock the artifact shop. Items like

Defender Shield
Cape of Spirits
Hat of Knowledge
Steel Boots
I agree on that part. Ive been trying to but a retribution sword | | Plus, Sword of Might!!! |
