I've just fought a battle in which a player called FIREnICE was one of my allies. At first we thought that she (probably he in fact) was afk, but it soon became clear that she was there, but pretending to be afk (clicking on "wait" just before the timer got to zero). She was obviously trying to get the three opponents to ignore her and concentrate on her two allies, and then start fighting when they were worn down fighting us.
It didn't work; I and her other ally stopped fighting and let our opponents concentrate on her (in fact I attacked her myself with the Earthen Spikes spell). She still didn't speak or act, but let the timer really get to zero until she was defeated.
If you come across her, I'd advise you to do the same. She shouldn't be allowed to get away with that sort of treacherous, selfish behaviour.
