Do you any proof or at least a NAME that could lead you to think that this is a problem of administration.
In fact, the roullete program might be a problem if someone decoded that, but I think that is pretty much impossible. But of course, no number computer creates is RANDOM..I dont think even human or a real roulette can create 100% random sequence of numbers.(random = all numbers occur with same chance without any predictable sequence) |
