and also gets a 25k loan for iwens supposed brother which he then never pays back, and is obviously using to buy from iwen.
he does also buy from others but they are ok deals and he sells them on to make profit to buy more from iwen.

i may be wrong but a lvl 4 loaning a lvl 10 50k as 1 of his 1st tranfers is strange, and then continuing to buy alot of his used arts and some new for profit arts, is strange to me. |
