| But as of now there is no way (that I know of, correct me if there is) to send money into a clan, merely the people you trust that will put it into the clan. until that happens, there's no real way to enforce that rule IMO. |

I agree on dontanes arts elements and also tax to clan. And I suggest the game can give some inventory to each clan to keep the arts and elements that belongs to the clan, and the leader can assign who (so called armorer) has the access to the "clan inventory" (so called armoury).
But I think each clan can have it's own policy on the invitation fee. For example, in our clan, our Recruiter can keep all invitation fee as a way to thanks for thier work (even more, they can get tax-free). |

| it would work if there was a "transfer to claan #XXX" XXX is where you place the clan no. and make a thing so you can't make an account with a name like "clan #XXX" so one can't scam the system |
