| Depending on your level, and money, you can customize artifacts. You would need a smith. If you were level 6, the minimum for smith, you could put 6 primary parameters, and 2 (Only one of each) Extra (like luck, morale) But at level 12 you could get 12 Primary Parameters, and 6 extra (Only 2 of each) Each primary parameter could cost 1,000 each, and extra 3,000 each.
