Don't know about the costs, but its easy to use.
But 3 amulets of luck at a time, then repair only one of them once
And you are done for 80 battles =) |
I'm using Sword of might and Defender shield of 'min AP'. It's not min AP and not the cheapest combination but what it gives is worth the gold. And these items have fairly good durability (80&40) so it requires little maintenence.

Okay your sword of might is an easy option and it costs 169 gold per battle with no defense bonus, so I win.
Sven your combo is nice but costs twice what mine does, Gem yours is better because you use defender shield, but still costs almost twice as much! |

| is there any better list where i can see the money and resources i get back after selling item ? normaly it is like 60 % but i am not sure...if that is true the price per battle will get lower when you buy the item a second time if i am right |
Oops sword of might is ~130 per battle but still quite expensive and no defense bonus.
Omega I like your style, could go a long way with such high defense... esp with druid stoneskin (+9) and defend. Unicorn tank FTW |

If you seek low cost per battle, then you don't really need any bonus that art set gives. Just because your optimization criteria is minimal cost; implicit condition of use of such set is that your Attack/Defense/... points are beyond your demands and simply need cheap art set.
If you are interested in specific bonuses art set gives than it is obvious that there is no universal art set - very often +5 attack from Sword of might would be much more useful than +2 att and +7def. Not to mention that different races would perefer different arts. |

Yeahh especially the thieves or when We wanna go to top hunter list .. That will be difficult .. for me the most expensive are the sets of thieves and the cheapest are the set of Hunter .. (no MH and GH) .. ^^ |
#11 you twit thanks for telling me what I need. XD You're hilarious. The only thing I asked of you was what was your min 9 AP set... oh wait you haven't progressed far enough in the game to know.
#13 Where did I say the cheapest? I always am mindful of the cost (meaning I want the most for my money i.e. CHEAP) but often hack down enemies with a +5 att +10 def +6 init basic set, and a longbow which alone costs 134 per battle ouch.
Also, it is better to spend the level points on attack and use the cheaper defense arts for bumping up defense, which is a necessary factor unless you wish to see your troops in a pool of blood, or your enemies are so weak that you can kill them before they strike. xD |
